HARTFORD—State Representative Dan Carter (R-2) participated today in the Pitney Bowes ribbon-cutting ceremony and facility tour to commemorate the opening of its Global Technology Center in Danbury.

“Pitney Bowes is a world class leader in communications management and high quality business solutions. Their dedication to innovation and highly-personalized communications is inspiring and demonstrates the type of successful business model that Connecticut needs to see more. I am thrilled to be celebrating business growth and job creation in Danbury,” Rep. Carter said.

He added “I am impressed with the newly renovated, state-of-the art facility that Pitney Bowes has created for its growing stable of employees. I look forward to following their growth and expansion in years to come as I’m sure their creativity and forward-thinking solutions will lead to a bright future for the company.”

Rep. Carter also noted the great leadership in place at Pitney Bowes as Chairman, President and CEO Murray Martin spoke extensively about their newly launched series of products and services.
