“Coffee and Comment” is a program hosted by Bethel Democratic candidates to discuss your ideas and concerns for a better Bethel.  Each evening select candidates will be available to discuss the slated topic as well other questions and comments as time permits.

Tuesday, October 25, First Selectman Matt Knickerbocker and Selectman Rich Straiton will be on hand to discuss Energy Savings: Solar Farms and Fuel Cells.

Thursday, October 27, candidates for the Planning and Zoning Commission would like your input on Building a Better Bethel.

Wednesday, November 2, candidates for the Board of Education will have an open forum on Educating the Next Generation.

Thursday, November 3, Matt and Rich will be back with the candidates for the Board of Finance to discuss Responsible Finances for a Better Bethel.

Sessions run from 7:30-8:30pm at the Bethel Democratic Headquarters on Greenwood Avenue in Bethel (across from Famous Pizza).  Everyone is welcome to these informal and courteous discussions.  You bring the comments and we’ll bring the coffee!
